Lenovo — Manufacturing defect in motherboard and motherboard not available

I bought a Flex 2, inches(Serial No.WB[protected].There was a manufacturing defect in Mother board and one day while working the laptop screen blanked out and i was left with no other option other than going to the service centre at jankpuri(Sysnet). I sumbmited my laptop on 14august 2015 and till now nothing has been done(Case ID-'[protected]'). I have called up call centre of lenovo endless times and they don't tell anything, they just tell me that part is unavailable and they don't know when will part arrive or anything about how much time will my case take .Most of those people put my call on waiting.Once i waited for almost an hour on phone. This kind of behavior is hopeless Please resolve my problem as soon s possible or i will be compelled to go to consumer court and take help of social media to spread bad name of Lennon.
