Lenovo — manufacturing defects in mobile handset. | |||||
I have been purchased a lenevo K5 Note 64GB mobile handset having IEMI no. [protected] through order ID OD[protected] invoice date 25.04.2017. I have facing so many problems with this handset. It becomes hangs very frequently, it is heating very much however it has been repaired/ formatted many times by authorised service centre. Now this time it becomes hangs frequently and not sensing the call completion node i.e. it's screen not displaying call disconnect option after completion of call. Please replace this handset because this is a manufacturing defect of handset. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I came to service centre at kanpur to replace my charger which is not working but they are telling we have to update your phone software too. Why? Ther is no problem in my phone why should I update my phone software please help there is enough data in my phone which is very necessary.
