10.12.2014 Dear sir refer to the above subject i have purchased a mobile no. LENOVAP780 on 01.06.2014 from HD COMUNICATION vided your bill no. 968 ( Copy enclosed ), which is not working properly. i have given this mobile to your service center on 24.11.14 ( copy enclosed herewith ) but till date we have nether received mobile nor any response from your service center. Today i have talked in your service center they told me that manufacturing defect in mother board. Therefore you are requested please replace this mobile and provided us new instrument.
