Lenovo — mechanical problem

we have purchased a laptop ID No- OD[protected] dt 24.1.2015 model Lenovo G50 70 Notebook (4th Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 1TB/ Free DOS[protected] [IMEI/Serial No: SYB06316584 ] Problem : getting sound while opening and closing the laptop (hard opening ) kindly resolve the problem immediately.. regards Y V LAKSHMI KUKATPALLY, HYDERABAD-500072 [protected]
