Lenovo — Miss behavior and bad service

I have a problem in my lenovo handset's speaker so I go to lenovo service whose place at meerut mall Delhi road meerut the service provider not do fix my problem and they force me to go out( I surprised) they tolled me that your problem is fix and according to me it is not but I not accumulate power to go to again services center due to miss behavior please help me
