I purchased handset model lenovo A7000 on may 2015 through Flikart. From the very date there was a problem in the handset and therefore I took the mobile to the service centre for the diagnosis of the problem. He changed the motherboard but still the problem exist and again when I said that the problem is still there but they refused. After regular argument they agreed to change the motherboard but till date they haven't change it and every time they are giving excuse that the board is unavailable. Old IMEI no.
