Lenovo — Mobile manufacturer defect and post sale service is worst | |||||
I have bought Lenovo Vibe P1 mobile before six month, within 3 month vibrator is out of order and after few weeks charging point is not working. When I contacted Lenovo, they ask me some procedure for vibrator which on software base but vibrator not started. Second option is service center, while my first visit, their software not working so they cant receive mobile, next day visit, huge waiting of 1 hours. And after receiving, 30 min for checking. They found vibrator not working. For replacing vibrator, they keep mobile more than 3 weeks. Later I came to that customers whose mobile not under warranty get repaired immediately but under warranty, will took more than 3 week. Reason behind this second visit, you don't have warranty but according to them, parts are not arrived. but If company have sufficient parts in their store than it will not more than 3 days to deliver in any parts of India. So lenovo is providing very bad post sales service, kindly do something for that. Was this information helpful? | |||||
