I submit my phone to lenova autharised sevice centre, aluva because of dont work my phone right side touch on 19/12/15. They said they repair and give back within 7 days but they dont repair and give back till. I enqiury with the center they said they dont get the spair.they contact with the lenova company service center they replied that they send their spare before week friday. But today i call to the service center they sent the spair on next week. More than 150 mobile phones where have same complainted after december 14. I need to know that when spare will reach.
