[Resolved]  Lenovo — Mobile replacement required

Dear Sir, I have purchased a Lenovo P780 mobile on 24th July'14 and from day one the mobile is giving problems and in the month of November'14 it has become very severe and automatically shutting down by showing high temperature. I have been handed over the mobile @ service centre on 24th Nov'14 but even after 25 days I haven't received my mobile. I request you to solve my problem by issuing a new mobile ASAP.
