Lenovo Mobiles — Heating up and switch off during use

I purchased a Lenovo mobile before two months ago. But it is not working properly. It gets too hot during calling and get switch off with out completely talking. So I am getting very problem with this mobile. Please solve. Your service center didn't responses for quick and better service.
Please solve my mobile problem or replace it. Otherwise I will go to state consumer forum against you and your company.
Please solve as soon as possible.
