[Resolved]  Lenovo Mobiles India — Lenovo zuk z1221 not working, need motherboard replacement 3rd time in 3 months?

I have recently purchased lenovo zuk z1221 from amazon (Order id;[protected] on 25th may. It was a new release from lenovo & i took the risk of purchasing it. But now i realize that purchasing lenovo mobile was one of the biggest mistake of my life. Within 15 days phone started to malfunction by not detecting sim.

I raised the complaint for same with amazon india, but they refused to serve my request (They have limited replacement warranty of 15 days) and suggested me to contact lenovo service center. I had no options, but to go to service center which was very far from my home. Service took 30 days to get the work done & changed the mother board of the phone. Although this was done free of cost but it cost me bloody 30 days.
I expected that the serviced mobile will work properly in future but it started to malfunction again with the same problem.

Now when again i submitted mobile to service center (Second time) they are saying motherboard need to be change. I am waiting from almost 24 days to get repair from lenovo service center.

I have following questions for lenovo:
1. Why does a brand new phone stated to malfunction within 15 days of purchase? Even after repair it is in same situation.

2. How can, any brand new phone need to change motherboard for 3 times after purchasing in 3 months.

3. Why does service center take it so long to resolve the problem of phone?

4. Even if they took it so long (30 days) why the device is not working correctly now?

We contacted to their customer care but response is not as expected.
I am tired of going to service centers, i think the hardware what used in phone is having problem.

I am hoping to get replacement or refund from lenovo.

I contacted to their customer through email Email ID: [email protected] and Lencare ID: C160805029. The phone is in service center from last 20-30 days. The Issue is not get resolved yet. from last 20-30 days service center is waiting for Part. but my concern is how any brand new phone require 3 motherboard in 3 months? I think the hardware is having issues.
