Lenovo Mobiles — Pathetic service and harassment by lenovo mobile service center | |||
Had purchased a lenovo mobile on 19th march, 2016. The fingerprint scanner and usb stopped working within 2 months of the purchase. So, i took the phone to the service center and the executive at the service center told me that i would receive it back within 3-4 working days. Now, its been almost 21 days and they still say that the part is not available and it will take 5 more days. Whenever i call them, they just extend the date and hang up the phone. Besides that they do not know how to talk to a customer. When i asked them whats taking so long, they asked me to complain to the manager whose phone was off (It still is). Whats the point of having warranty when the service is so pathetic? I can rather spend some money and get it repaired at some mobile store and save myself from all that harrasment. Also, when i asked them for a spare phone, they just said that this option is not available and hung up the phone. So, maybe after raising these complaints, maybe i would get some kind of response from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
