Lenovo — my cell phone is heating so when plugged the charger and enable the mobile data

I received this cell phone on 27/09/2017. After when i used this cell phone after that i faced some types of problem. When i plugged the charger after 30 to 40 minutes cell phone become so much heat. And when mobile data is enable than this cell phone become so much heat. And i want to change my phone..
