Lenovo — My laptop not working properly

I have a lenovo laptope. it was asking o[censored]pdate so i update it but now its not working properly.when i play a vedio its not responding, when i slect any song and vedio its not responding and then screen goes to blue any key and button not works onley window icon show then i will restart it, it works good but when i slect some thing any aap its not resonding. plz healp me plz plz
