Lenovo — my lenovo note 6 power mobile handset | |||
I have purchased lenovo note 6 power new mobile handset from gadgetsnow. This mobile is having dual sim facility but sim 2 slot is not working. I have purchased this mobile from gadgetsnow online portal. I have gone to the service centre located in nanded but they are also unable to solve it. I am trying this since last two weeks as it is a very new handset but cant get the result. Please try to solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 23, 2017 moloy sahu's response as the smart phone is in warranty period.lenovo7700. Soeither you give me the phone immediately or replace my phone to another new one

Sir i have given my smart phone lenovo 7700 to asansol service centre on 14th july due to touch screen problem. But still not received on 24th july. So please do the needful.I have got important numbers in that phone.So please take neccessary action so that i can get the phone immediately.As11 days have already gone
