Lenovo — My phone in not repaired for last 25 days

I purchased Lenovo K3 in July, Within 1 week I started getting problems in the phone, (Getting hanged, Heating). Some trouble shoot was done then it was ok for few days. Last month touch screen had a problem. I have given my phone to your service centre at Gera Imperial, Patto Panjim. They have told me 15 days to repair the mobile, today is 25th Day but they are still not sure when the phone will be repaired. Forget courtesy, your staff don't even listen to our query. Just hang the phone. I am facing problems without my phone. Can anybody help me to get my phone faster. Sabir Shah [protected]
