Lenovo — Neglecting costumers

I gave my lenovo g50 on 1st September 2015 to repair my keyboard which is under warranty and first time service for my laptop. But its almost 2 week they didn't respond no mail no calls. When i call they said complaint is register wait for a part. I will blame lenovo for late service or i will blame service centre for registering mt complaint lately or may be they didn't register complaint yet cause I didn't get any order no' in my mail which suppose to come after register complaint or request for service. Its very disappointing.
