Hi,
I bought a new Lenovo ideapad 510 laptop from Noida on 19th Feb 2017 .
And even I didn't use it for an hour and its adaptor stoped working,
and then I went to Lenovo service centre (B-1, Basement, Bhagmal Complex, Near Sec 16 Metro, Opposite Wipro, Naya Bans, Sector 15, Noida) and they submited adaptor with laptop and told me that in just 1 or 2 days they will give me my laptop with new adaptor.
Now even after 4 days they are not able to give me my laptop back. When I called to service center they are telling to call in customer care and ask them.
I called 2 times in customer care, now custoer care representive is saying it will be deleviered by 4th March 2017.
So I am very disappointed by the Lenovo services, I spend arround Rs. 60K and facing this kind of problem without used the product.
Now they are not picking up my calls. I bought first time a lenovo product, and it is my worst decision till now.
I want to ask to Lenovo company who will be responsible for my total loss of time and money.
