Purchased a new Lenovo Ideapad GAMING 3 Laptop (i5/8GB/1TB/GTX1650) on 5/11/2021, where-in after 25 days the entire keyboard stopped working, and after submitting it to the Lenovo Authorised Service Centre Dadar, they had to completely format the system stating it was some operating issue.
Now after losing all the data and having it formatted the laptop is just not functioning right. It is lagging throughout all simple operations, doesn't start fast and functions miserably, keeps on hanging and loading throughout, unable to carry out simple internet surfing.
As termed by the company it is a gaming laptop but it has become extremely difficult for me to carry out basic chores on such a high-performance, expensive and new laptop.
I am highly disappointed with the performance/ the customer-care and service centre experience.
I would want to have my new laptop being diagnosed properly and made perform to its full abilities or either a new device. Was this information helpful? |
