[IMEI/Serial No: [protected], [protected] ] I have given my lenovo A6000 mobile on 06/06/2015, at one of your authorised service centre for touch problem, hanging & phone heating. They have said that they will get back to me in next 10 days, but no use so i gave a call to Sri Vinayaka Electronics, Chirag Ali lane, Abids, Near Medwin hospital, hyderabad, AP. 500001. Work Order No: SVE/HYD 15693. Whenever i gave call to they for status number: [protected], they are giving the same reply that motherboard has to be replaced and again after couple of days i gave call to them they informed that the second part has be ordered and not in stock. The same reply i am getting from 10 june 2015 onwards, when i am giving the call to find out the status they are not responding to the call. I request you if you don't have efficient technicians or spare parts, better you should take an authority to replace the handset with new one. As i am working for an hospital it's becoming very difficult to be in touch with my corporates and Doctors. Please kindly do the needful at an earliest.
