Lenovo — No response from customer care of lenovo against warranty claim

Respected Sir,
I purchased a Lenovo Ideal pad S145 Ryzen 3 Dual Core 3200U-(4GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home)S145-154PI Laptop on[protected] from Flipkart. From last 4 months the laptop is having some problem and then I have lodged a complain in the customer care but no response was there from their side and now since the warranty period of the product is over, the company is not responding to the complain. They are ignoring the complain. I have already lodged a complain in lenovo customer care with complain number [protected].
