Lenovo — not accepting the phone in service center and no proper support

i had bought my lenovo k900 before 6 months and i hardly used it for 4 months.now i am facing lot of problem with the set. approx 2 months i am visiting your service centre. they say that they should get approval letter from the company, then only they take the mobile. now i am facing lot of problems without mobile.customer service centre is not responding me properly, it costs nearly 20000. this is my humble request to you people, please help me, thanking you,
