Lenovo — not getting proper service from lenovo for purchasing separately wireless mouse | |||
Purchase separetly wireless laser lenovo mouse (Model - morffhl), which laser not working properly, so i called to lenovo care they told me we dont support for mouse but we have other team who care of this, they give mail id ([protected]@lapcare.com) to communicate with them. I mail them all details with snap of product and invoice copy. They reply (From sonu thakur) we don’t have support of lenovo thinkpad product, please contact to lenovo for warranty support. I again try to contact with lenovo same procedure they guide, but no any support i get from lenovo for separetly purchase mouse, after all the product has 1 year warranty. Very poor and bad service am facing from lenovo. Kindly help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
