[Resolved]  Lenovo — not providing my mobile handset

I am ankur jain, I have submitted my lenovo p780 to the company's service centre as there is problem of phone going not reachable. I have submitted my phone on 15/11/2014, IMEI N.O- [protected] and till date I.e. 11/12/2014 I haven't received my phone. When ever I have contacted there service centre they give me the same answer that there is shortage of parts. Know I have demanded the new handset from the company as it has been almost one month .
