Lenovo — NOT repairing my mobile

I have lenovo a6000 mobile and i have a problem with mobile i.e my sims are not working so i give it to yamnanagar lenovo service center, haryana 3 days are go but they don't tell me the status of mobile pleasr repair my mobile as soon as possible bill is attached and give me the details of repair
