Lenovo — Not repairing of mobile set VP50200

I have submitted my mobile set of Lenovo VP50200 for repair at service centre of Rewari, Haryana. The phone is in warranty and though they had accepted it for repair. After 15 days when I had visited service center to receive my phone then they told me that your phone is out of warranty due to physical damage. I refused to take phone because I had submitted phone without any damage to repair technically.

So I had requested to repair that phone
