Lenovo — Not repairing the dead pixel issue. | |
Contacted lenovo support center for dead pixel issue on lcd for my thinkpad t470. Did enough time pass on the ticket and service center returned laptop saying "service denied as there no functionality issue". There are dead pixel in more than 10 places on the screen and also some light glowing (Randomly) in middle of the screen. How come it considered as no functionality issue? By the way, support center guys damaged more to the laptop by not opening the pannel properly. Was this information helpful? | |
