[Resolved]  Lenovo — Not replacing the laptop

My name is Sebastian MP, I'm facing issues with my laptop for many days. The issue was that disc usage is 100% always, due to that system is lagging terribly and finally i have contacted the customer care and one of your technician has done many troubleshooting steps in my laptop and found out that there is some issues with my hard drive and he has approved my laptop to change the hard drive and next day one another technician came to my home and tried to fix my laptop and he was not able to fix the issue Third day another technician was there at my house from morning till evening he first reinstalled my os which was windows 11 then he again formatted my laptop and change it to windows 10 and after that he changed my hard drive and again he has reinstalled the od to windows 10 still be was not able to fix the issue. After that he contacted senior technician from Lenovo through support and we have shared my screen and they have also done many troubleshooting steps. Still its not fixed. Now finally they are recommending me to change the mother board as well which is not at all acceptable as it is a brand new laptop. I demand a refund or replacement as the product that i got is a defect one. You guys already changed my OS multiple times u replaced my harddisk and now you want to change the mother board as well.. its totally ridiculous. Its been only 3 months that i have bought this laptop

Please let me know if they resolve their issue as I am also facing the same issue as yours.
let me know if I will post my complaint here does that going to help to get my laptop replaced
I am also facing performance issues. submitted case to consumer court.
