Lenovo — nothing positive response by lenovo customer care

I hv purchased a lenovo k8plus 2months ago. After 1.5month, one day my phone suddenly stopped working and it automatically turned off and it doesn't on. I have submitted to lenovo care on 30/10/17 and they told me that they will replace my motherboard. But still when i call them, they say that the motherboard for my phone which they have ordered is not reaching yet to them. So what is it??? 20days to get a motherboard??? Assam is not so far... All knows. The question is that why lenovo is not taking customer's problem seriously. Frankly speaking its a sign of very bad days are coming to lenovo as customers are not satisfied after spending lots of money. Be serious lenovo. Lenevo srevice centre, Junagadh, very bad service, my mobile in warranty, but they want money, my speaker is not working, after some time they said ur mobile have water inside totally lie, and said 5200 rs for repair.
