My name is saravanan from bangalore. I have order the laptop battery on www.shoplenovo.co.in on july 14, 2017 and order no is :[protected]. Formal delivery duration is 5-8 working days for metro cities and i have done fully payment via credit card and yet my product has not delivered to me and no response at all from customer service (Literally i could not reach them via customer care contact no). And shipments status was delaying day by day. I need my product in few days or want my money back. Can u guys help me out of this crap situation. Unless i would like log a cybercrime money

I have all the details payment and bills confirmation everything.

Note: i am strongly recommended that do not buy product from this online service.
