[Resolved] Lenovo — Ordered laptop not delivering and not even refunding. I have been scammed by Chinese company.
Ok, so I ordered a custom laptop from lenovo on 12th October and they said that it will be delivered under 4 weeks.
My order ID was: [protected]
I received and an email on 28th October that my order has been packed.
Got no updates for 10 days then I asked by calling customer care 9th October. They said that order has been dispatched and said it will deliver in 3-4 days I called again on 12th November they said the same thing again I called on 15th November they said the same thing that it has been dispatched.
But all along the way they were COMPLETELY LYING the order wasn't dispatched it was still in the warehouse(they admitted and same information was on tracking page) and the courier tracking page showed no update.
They again said 5 more days.
So don't buy from lenovo they steal your money and don't refund and don't deliver product and don't even REFUND the amount they waste your time and do drama like order cannot be canceled after a few days.
And even their products seem overpriced given the horrible service quality.
