Hi Lenovo,
I am ashamed to say that i am a customer of such a pathetic company like Lenovo who doesnt care for their customers and their supervisors dont have guts to speak to their consumers.
My name is Vishal Panwar and i have a faulty Lenovo P780 handset which was submitted for repair/ replacement since the handset went bizzare and dead after 6 months of purchase. The handset is still under warranty. It was submitted at the service center on Nov 06th 2014 and i was assured within one week the handset will be repaired and returned. i was informed it was charging point which was not working later i got to know that the entire motherboard is faulty and need to be replaced. whenever i call lenovo their supervisors are either in Meeting or out of office as informed by all the agents.
God only knows how this office is running. i guess i need to check with the consumer court since i am not getting any update on my handset and they are just sitting my hard earned money.
I am very much reachable on my phone number given below and have all the recorded calls as proof for the consumer court. i dont believe in giving the IMEI numbers on the open forum so please call me to take that information.
