Lenovo — Pathetic customer service- Issue unresolved

I had bought a lenovo laptop in July 2014. Order number :[protected] Since I have bought the laptop I have faced tremoendous issues which stand unresolved till date. I had an issue with my laptop restarting abnormally. I had raised several incidents for the same with your tech support team which were not proprely addressed and my incidents were closed with my validation. Also, to top it all the issue persisted. All these days I was struggling to use the LENOVO laptop untill todays catastrophe. The Laptop has completely crashed and refused to start up. It has crashed with the same error which was reported earlier. I was in touch with the TATA EXLIR team to resolve the issue but this team very rudely and unprofessionally stopped assisting me. I am left a laptop that I am unable to use. This is a new laptop and under warranty. I seek your generous assistance to resolve this issue I am unable to use my laptop at all. It has completely crashed.
