I purchased Lenovo G 510 but during first year, the laptop started giving problems frequently and finally the service dept. diagnosed the issue with LCD and which was replaced under warranty but my agony does not stop here. Again the machine started giving issues just one month after replacement. We were also forced to pay inspection charges by the service center. After inspection they informed that the LCD and its cable (same parts) is again not working which was replaced only one month before. The customer care team informs that they are not responsible for LCD which failed within one month of replacement since first year warranty ended three days before. Are Lenovo laptops meant to function for one year only? We feel cheated. Also we have been waiting to get the LCD replaced for more than one month now but the required part is not available at any lenovo service center. So even if we want to get it replaced by paying from our own pocket, we can't because of shortage of parts. We highly suspect the quality of Lenovo, its service and parts.We have suffered enough mental pressure and went through trauma due to your poor product quality and service during warranty period, let alone the non-warranty period.
PS- The estimated cost is about 12, 500 rupees for a 45, 000/- rupee laptop. Which is also outrageous. I would strongly suggest that nobody buy laptops from lenovo. Was this information helpful? |
