Sir/Madam
I had given my smartphone Lenovo P780 (IMEI:[protected]) for
servicing in your given authorized service center in Andheri (HCL
Tower) on 15/11/14.
Its been 25 days now (10/12/14) and my phone is still not repaired. All I get is that the parts have not yet come and we can't do anything cause we have no confirmation from the Lenovo office.I had emailed on this email address before.And now I m doing it again cause I haven't received an update yet. Please refund my money cause I am fed-up with your services. I don't have a phone to use and its causing me a lot of inconvenience.
Refund my money cause i have seen in the service center other customers with same issues with lenovo P780 model, some of them had given their phones in October haven't received their repaired phone nor they have received a replacement.
Now how am I going to wait this long? Your services are so poor.One entire month from my phone warranty is gone to your service center only.Why is your company not delivering the required parts to the service centers.And by saying "please allow us few days time in order to get back to you with an update." How many days does that count ? or should I say how many months do I have to wait for the parts of my phone to arrive at your service centers?. I need a reply from you ASAP.
