Sir, I Purchase Lenove A-328 Mobile on 8-apr-2015 From Jasmin Mobile shop . After Purchasing Mobile not Work . It Shut Down Automatic. I visit your Service centre in surat [job sheet attach]. but problem not solve . so today i visit your service centre in vadodara[ Dhara Enterpries] .but they not accept the phone . So please give order for replacement of mobile. Please Check Attachment of bill . It New Purchase So please replace the Unit Please give me Complaint No. as early as possible,
