Lenovo — Poor warranty service for mobile phones

Lenovo authorized mobile service center at shree gokulam towers, coimbatore
Is a waste service center where they do not follow basics.

I have given my mobile for speaker problem, they have repaired and returned in 3 days but with very old battery. I have infomred that the battery is not mine and asked for may battery but they said it is same if any problem please give us we will take care. Again i have given the mobile and i am waiting for more than 10 days.
Poor center does not replay
