Reference: Lenovo Case: [protected] Work Order: [protected] I reported the problem to them on September 30, 2021. It's been more than a fortnight, and they are unable to provide any assistance. Their premium onsite service is just a bluff, only attend calls and provide no assistance. It's hardly been 10 months since I purchased the product and I am facing this issues. I also opted the premium warranty support for 3 years but now I regret as that is just a label for their mental torment. I can't wait forever for them to pay attention to the issue whenever they want. Was this information helpful? | |||
