Lenovo — Problem in my handset

I purchases lenovo 6000 on dated:- 27/06/2015, but since first day I am facing problem with the software, I installed few apps and since it usually it get stopped and it stopped responding, there is a major heating problem, after few minutes of browsing it starts heating up, some it sounds like something is wrong with the hardware. Plz replace my handset or solve my problem
