Lenovo — Problem with real camera, speaker not clear voice calling and hang

Imei number is [protected] model number k33a42 i have facing the problem of real camera is not clear, calling time not work and hanging, speaker not hear clear voice. I am also visit to lenovo authorised service centre shimoga two time software update in service center one time replace the mic. But still can not about problem solved shimoga services center is not respond so what can i do. I decided registerd the complaint on consumer form shimoga
