Lenovo — Product damaged by servicing team. | |||
I purchased a Lenovo Y50 on 8/08/15.Since then three internal replacements have been done out of which 1st and 3rd resulted in a damage internally due to improper handling by servicing team .As a result I face a problem and the Lenovo Servicing team is not ready to resolve or to replace the part as my product is out of ADP neither do they accept their fault regarding damaging the product.My Question is should the customer also check the product internally after each and every service. Shame on the lenovo service team and sales team. Cheap Quality. I have attached a video of today when I went with the issue of my previous complaint. The guy again broke an internal plastic hook while removing the lower end. Was this information helpful? | |||
