Lenovo — Product is in warranty period no scratches on screen still service center is charging rs.4325 saying it is a physical damage

Hi, i have purchased lenovo vibe k5 note on 12/9/2016. Imei number: [protected]. The authorized service center is asking me to pay above 4k although it is in warranty and no physical damage or screen damages although they are saying it is because of physical damage. The authorized service center in durgapur, west bengal is scamming people. There are also white patches on the screen which is not due to any physical damages. It is caused internally. You can view from the snap attached. Please help me to unmask these scammer.
