Lenovo — Product issue | |||||
To Lenovo mobile company. I am using Lenovo vibe X3 mobile. I was done software update then it started having many issue ...Battery consumption is more. Fingers scanner is very slow. Hanging issue. Automatic restart issue. I am thinking I have just kept 2000/- in dustbin. Not sure why you guys are not fixing the issues. If you are unable to provide support stop selling phones. Don't make foolish to people. I know there is no importance of writing all these, you guys are not going to do anything. Even though I wanted to say try to win the trust of customer with 0 defected product or 0 defected software. A poor person can not have more money to spend on more mobile if one is not working then buy other. Was this information helpful? | |||||
