Hi Team,
I received tthis powerbank with the serial no GXV0F78691Z11W2U6D with my laptop, so year has been pased now its unable to charging and I am unable to take the usage with it...so wanted to know what is wrong with the product, and I want resolution, else replacement.Screenshot attached for your reference.
