Dear Sir I have purchased A516, in the month of Feb 2014 and within period of 5 months my handset had various problems like the phone use to get hang, while incoming phone use to get blank and also it had problem of touch. for which i have submit my handet to S G infotech at borivali under warranty during the month of July. Which i have collected on 20.08.2014 and had to resubmit again on 21.08.2014 and started with other issue. the Home screen started vibrating automatically and even the phone use to get hang automatically. they have just spoil my new handset. till date i have note recd my handset. I have tried calling Customer support of Lenova there has been no feedback even i have wrote them on letter by there has been no respond.
