My tab had a touch pad issue. I approached the nearest Authorised service station at Mapusa Orion Communications.
I handed my tab to the clerk who after due inquiries handed the tab to the engineer.
The engineer opened the whole tab and came to the conclusion that the tab had touch pad issues.
He checked the whole part thoroughly and enquired whether there is warranty. i agreed that the tab is covered under warranty which expires on 1st April 2016.
They entered the details and filled the form manually and attached the warranty. She further told me that they will place order and call me in seven days time.
The next day after 18 hours i got a call from the service centre that they are refusing to cover the defect under warranty.To my shock and surpirise because when i gave the tab it was in fine and working condition but only getting hung up.
