Lenovo — regarding a lenovo mobile handset

Dear sir, there is promo offer on buying of a lenovo laptop of getting A6000 mobile handset on paying of Rs. 999/- . Just after registration under that scheme, mail came that mobile will be delivered to me within 10 working days. Today on 3rd march almost a month passed but till yet i have not got any message or mail regarding delivery of mobile handset. During this month I have asked several time through phone and mail to them but they are not able to respond me well or give any satisfactory answer. it seems they are making false promises .
