Dear sir/madam,
I have lenovo k4 note smart phone with imei no [protected]/41.
I have purchase online this phone on the date 03 feb 2016, invoice no :ka-blr[protected] on amazon.In with one year warranty of hand set and six months of warranty on accessories as per lenovo mobile policy.
After 5 moths o[censored]se it start creating charging problem. I facing a lots of problems due to this. I can't think about new phone after investing a rs11999/- for this.
I go to one of the authorized service center at okhla phase -2, new delhi, delhi. I submit the phone to the service executive.
After an hour of inspection and observation of phone and charger they told me that i have void the warranty due to phone pcb got moisture and water. And ask for charge approx rs 3500/- plus other hardware if needed to replace. Even 2500/- for the replacement of charger.
I told to the executive i use my hand set and accessories very carefully with avoid water and moisture then how water or moisture reach and affect the pcb of hand set. Even i prove the same positively but after a lots of instead to repair the phone, they not want to listen. And ask for charge again and again.
Dear sir/ madam, after paying a lots already for the purchase of the phone, i have to pay for the servicing too even i have warranty for handset.
I feel like helpless.
This is very very poor service after purchasing lenovo products. My phone must be repair without any condition and charges.
Please help me. Do as i needed
