I purchased this device back on 23 Feb 2021 from SSDN Lenovo Exclusive store in Nehru Place.
As of[protected], I had been facing some issues with my laptop, and for the same, I had to visit a service centre because I could not raise an on-site repair request (which is to be covered under the warranty when you purchase Lenovo premium devices) even any of the services are not available to me because it shows that my device is out of warranty.
So I even visited the store, the staff was rude to me, the executive had no manners, said that you purchased it you do whatever is required and when I asked them to help me through it they said you shouldn't have purchased it then.
Please find attached the invoice and register my product as soon as possible so that I can claim all the warranty benefits and get my device repaired. That is all I require from your end.
