This case was filed because I have issues with my desktop, and I've tried getting tech support with Lenovo AND Microsoft for WEEKS.
What's even more frustrating is I was forced to buy the extended warranty, which charged me $78.00 for the stupid performance and smart assist programs within the Lenovo Vantage. NOW Lenovo keeps saying I have to wait 30 days for the extended warranty to be activated, and they're not going to help. My computer is seriously damaged - I have MULTIPLE issues with the hardware not being recognized, the PowerShell showing corrupt files within the hard drives, and many other problems I've been trying to fix. Lenovo should NEVER have canceled this order because they never helped!
FURTHERMORE, I've tried canceling the ### services FIVE TIMES, and not a single refund has actually been processed.
I'm about ready to file reports for fraudulent transactions and look into my legal rights regarding the 1-year manufacturer's warranty and how that process works since I DID renew my subscription BEFORE it expired, but I used the wrong email; therefore, it wouldn't accept the warranty!
